Thank you for shopping with Breeze Bae. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on breezebae.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. If you have any questions, contact us at email@breezebae.com.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment is verified. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume (such as promotions or holiday seasons), processing may take slightly longer. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you by email at the address provided at checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. However, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or to certain countries or regions subject to carrier restrictions, trade sanctions, or other shipping limitations. If we cannot ship to your address, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and Europe: 7–15 business days
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as delivery times can be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather events, and other circumstances outside our control.
In accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we are unable to ship your order within the time stated (or within 30 days if no time is stated), we will notify you of the delay and give you the option to either agree to the new shipping date or cancel your order for a full and prompt refund.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. The total shipping charge depends on your delivery destination and the items in your order. Any free-shipping promotions we offer will be clearly indicated on our website or applied automatically at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active, as carriers may take time to update their systems after the initial scan.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, or if your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at breezebaeofficial@gmail.com and we will investigate.
6. International Orders: Customs, Duties and Taxes
Breeze Bae is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges applied to your order by the destination country. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Customs policies vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order. If a package is refused or returned to sender due to unpaid customs fees, refunds (if any) will be issued for the product price only, less original shipping costs and any fees charged to us by the carrier.
Customs clearance procedures may also cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us at email@breezebae.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer's expense or refunded for the product price only.
8. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, household members, your building's mail area, and your local carrier. If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
9. Order Cancellations
Because we begin processing orders quickly, cancellation requests can only be honored before an order has shipped. To request a cancellation, email us at email@breezebae.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under our Refund Policy.
10. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages and may arrive on different dates. You will receive tracking information for each shipment. You will never be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments.
11. Delays Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, customs inspections, natural disasters, severe weather, labor disputes, or government actions. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and to assist in locating delayed shipments. Nothing in this section limits your rights under Section 3 above or under applicable consumer protection law.
